Full terms

Zyura is an unaudited product on a test network. It is not licensed insurance, and its prices are not actuarially validated. These terms describe what the deployed contracts do. The contract decides, and nobody reviews a claim.

The plans

All amounts are test USDT with no monetary value, and the exact amounts are shown before you pay.

Food Cover costs 3.69 USDT and pays a fixed 30 USDT if the flight arrives two hours or more after its scheduled arrival, or is cancelled. It is a fixed benefit to help with the costs of disruption. It is not a meal reimbursement, and you need no receipts.

Overnight Cover is for scheduled arrivals from 17:00 local time. It costs 7.99 USDT and pays a fixed 50 USDT if the flight arrives at or after midnight at the destination and at least four hours after its scheduled arrival, or is cancelled.

How a payout is decided

Your policy stores the scheduled arrival and the delay. The contract compares a reported arrival time with them, and an arrival at exactly the threshold counts. Later changes to the airline's schedule do not change your policy. Gate arrival is used if reported, otherwise touchdown, so a flight that would only qualify by gate time is not covered if no gate time is reported.

Refunds of the premium

Your premium comes back, and the fixed amount is not paid, in any of these cases:

The flight was cancelled before you bought, or within 10 minutes after.
The flight was diverted, or the result is otherwise void.
The flight result was disputed.
No flight result was reported by your policy's deadline, up to 72 hours after scheduled arrival.

After the flight

A Zyura-operated key reports the flight result. It then stays open to dispute for 10 minutes on this test deployment. After that, anyone can send the settlement, which pays only the policyholder wallet, so you can always do it yourself from My Protection. No service does this for you by default today, so it may take that one step from you. A false report could cause a wrong result, and a Zyura guardian can dispute one, which refunds the premiums on that flight.

Backing

Liquidity providers fund every payout, and each policy's full payout is set aside when you buy. If the pool cannot set it aside, the purchase fails and nothing is charged. The USDT token's owner can freeze or destroy balances, and no contract can prevent that.

Privacy

Your wallet address, the flight and any payout are public permanently. Zyura puts no name, booking reference or passport detail onchain. Demo booking references are synthetic, stay in your browser and are not verified by any airline. Zyura cannot read real reservations. Paying from a separate wallet reduces how much this links to you.
